MEET OUR TEAM

Erika has been a member of the Montclair High School Project Graduation Board for several years and is honored to now serve as its President. Her three children graduated from Montclair High School, starting with the Class of 2020—the year that taught us all just how much Project Graduation means to the Montclair community. She believes deeply in the tradition of Project Graduation and the role it plays in giving Montclair seniors a safe, memorable, and joyful way to celebrate this important milestone with their classmates. Erika loves being part of the team that makes that night possible. She takes great pride in working alongside the many parents, volunteers, local businesses, and community members who make it all happen. Erika also works in Montclair and has long been involved in the community. She is passionate about bringing people together, supporting local organizations, and giving back to the community that has been such an important part of her family’s life.

Amira Williams, a finance & accounting professional with 20+ years of experience in financial services, is in her 4th year serving as board treasurer. Amira is the owner and operator of the bookkeeping firm, ABW Group, LLC. She and her husband have lived in Montclair since 2004. They are the parents of an MHS 2024 graduate and currently have 3 other children matriculating through the MPSD.
